EVALUART

The Evaluart project aims to create a platform for cultural organizations that facilitates the work with data. Organizations use this information for their development, strategic planning, daily monitoring, marketing or financial management.

Evaluart also enables Prague find out how its cultural organizations are doing and how it meets the cultural needs of citizens. Through evaluation, public officials can base their strategic decisions on data, channel their resources more efficiently, and take action to serve citizens well.

What is Evaluart's vision?

  • facilitate access to information and data
    • audience data: who visits contributing organizations and what is their buying behavior
    • economic data: how the organization operates and how it meets its budget
    • data marketing: what is its reach on social networks and on its website
  • Simplify reporting
    • Automated filling of reports in one place
  • Streamline monitoring to achieve vision and goals
    • in the context of cultural policy
    • within the concept of the organization

Currently, the project is managed and developed by the Department of Culture and Tourism of the City of Prague with an emphasis on reporting. This instrument was funded by EU resources, the Operational Programme Prague — Pole of Growth.
