EVALUART is intended to serve as a tool for the evaluation and development of cultural organizations. It should promote conceptual work in culture and also strengthen work with data in organizations.

What does EVALUART bring?

The project responds to the needs of the Department of Culture and Prague cultural organizations that want to strengthen the knowledge of their audience and map the cultural demand of Prague residents. By combining this information, it will be possible to better identify which areas, genres or target groups are not sufficiently saturated with the cultural offer. IT tool EVALUART:

• provide support in working with data on cultural organisations and their visitors,
• facilitate strategic planning and marketing targeting,
• make it possible to automate mandatory reporting towards the originator,
• will collect data for the evaluation of established cultural organizations.

How is EVALUART created?

The project is funded by the Operational Program Prague — Pole of Growth, which is sponsored by the Department of Culture of the City of Prague and the developer of Creative Prague. Cooperation takes place in the so-called innovation partnership mode, which is characterized by the involvement of research and development. EVALUART is created in cooperation with external suppliers, both on the expert and developer side. Future users — representatives of established cultural organizations and the Department of Culture — are involved in the development. EVALUART is a pilot project and its development ambition is to expand to other cultural organizations outside Prague or organizations not established by the city.
