The first PKF opened a discussion on the new Cultural Policy of the Capital City of Prague. The aim was to start long-term cooperation between local actors in the fields of art, culture and cultural and creative sectors and to start bringing contemporary foreign trends to the Prague environment.
PKF 2021 had four program blocks:
How must the city's approach to promoting culture and cultural and creative sectors change in a situation of rapid development of society caused not only by the pandemic, but also by climate change, the spread of digital technologies and social change? What should a modern cultural policy that responds to these changes look like?
