Creative Skills Week: Creative Futures' Lab — Practical tools and inspiration for a creative future
Creative Skills Week also includes the Creative Futures' Lab at UMPRUM at the Technology Center in Mikulandská, on September 23, 2025, which we prepared mainly for female students, the artistic and pedagogical sphere, and the cultural and creative sector. The partners of the program are Prague Innovation Institute, ELIA and UMPRUM.
Creative Futures' Lab will present three intensive workshops in English that will offer practical methods to develop skills for sustainable development and innovation:
- 10:00 a.m. — 12:00 p.m. The Design Futures Art-Driven Method for Future-Ready Innovation: how to use design and innovative methods to present sustainable scenarios and create concrete innovative solutions (IdeActivity Center, Politecnico di Milano, Italy)
- 1 p.m. — 3 p.m. Design as Strategy: Collaboration in Cross-Sector Innovation Ecosystems between sectors and communities (READ, Spain)
- 3:30 p.m. — 6:00 p.m. Artistic Freedom through Entrepreneurial Skills: Shaping a Resilient and Artistically Independent Future in the Arts: flexible and sustainable processes in practice (Cultura curiosa, Netherlands)
The day will be dedicated to practice, collaboration and experimentation. You will take away not only inspiration, but also specific tools that can be used in your own work. Register here.
